From going under contract in July 2021, they overpromised, and underdelivered an e-commerce site that did not work, over a year later. When they let the cpanel expire, their solution, after spending almost $ 14,000.00 was to give them an additional $ 3,000.00 and they would fix the site as promised in the contract. In addition, they are holding another $ 4,200.00 for a marketing plan for a site that has never worked and will not use for the site, or refund the amount.
