The product is well designed but not beginner friendly as marketed. I received a defective USB cable that would connect with laser and computer. A replacement cable was shipped after 3 days of troubleshooting. The connection finally worked using the IP address. The auto focus is constantly failing and the resolution from tech support is to turn the machine off then on which is annoying. The fume extractor does not operate properly when a big job is being performed. The manual for the machine lacks useful information for the novice. The machine is more complicated and not user friendly. I would not recommend it.
