I entered the store in Milton Keynes for the first time. I had never tried a wedding dress on ever so was feeling overwhelmed. The Manager Zena was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable considering I was feeling very anxious. My bridal assistant Jasmine was so supportive, patient and honest. She went over and above to make me feel relaxed. Both Zena and Jasmine were very honest and helped me decide without feeling pressured. Thank you both so much. I left feeling amazing 😍.
