I have terrible anxiety and lots of sensory issues, but Tam was incredible. From asking if I’d prefer to step into dresses rather than pull them over my head, thinking about materials/textures, listening to my insecurities and instead of dismissing them keeping them in mind when picking dresses. Her patience, her mindfulness when sensing I was anxious or uncomfortable. She gave me lots of breaks and breathers and ended up creating the perfect combo of elegance and comfort. Everyone in store was so lovely, supportive and helpful. The energy is calm and you don’t feel rushed or pressured. When they say you’re likely to find your dress with 4 I thought impossible- we found mine within 5! I think it’s because you only pick the first dress and then they go and get dresses depending on how that goes. Which sounds scary but too much choice is confusing and their process strips everything back to how you FEEL in the dress which you quickly realise is the most important thing. Thank you Bromley team, with extra thank you to Tam who had the patience and compassion of a saint. Because of her I was able to feel both beautiful and comfortable.
