We were helped by Sophie at the Manchester Arndale store in the top floor of next. At one point we had three ladies helping and advising. The dresses were very reasonably priced. Sophie talked us through the whole thing, she took as much detail as she could and brought dresses to try that went well with our description. She advised on every bit of the ensemble. We came away with dress and underskirt and accessories and bridesmaids dresses to our needs are on order. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff weren’t too pushy. Obviously upselling is a thing but you can say no and they do say you can look online for things. This for us was a good experience and Sophie made us feel very at ease.
