All the staff were so welcoming from the minute we walked in! We were assigned Lauren as my bridal assistant and she was so helpful - listened to my ideas and offered suggestions of dresses that would suit me. I was allowed to try on as many dresses as I wanted and we were able to browse all dresses, designers and bridesmaid dresses at our leisure. There was no pressure and honest opinions and help was given - we couldn't fault the staff or the store! I left with a gorgeous dress which was similar to what I had in mind but also with the bonus of being able to add sleeves and buttons to make my dress more bespoke to my style. It was a super day!
