***BEWARE- DO NOT BOOK. EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!***
Where do I start. I booked a slot for 8:30am to ‘meet and greet’ these crocks, however, I was running late and arrived at the terminal at 9am. I had been in constant contact with someone from their team, who did not state their name and called from a different number than what was stated on the confirmation email. They first called me at 8:10am and then again at 8:30am asking where I was, how far and how long I would be. They were made aware that I was running late and as stated in the booking instructions, I called them precisely 20mins before I reached the meeting point. In total I had spoken to them 3 times before I got to the terminal. I arrived at the terminal drop off and wondered who I was even supposed to look out for. I called them again and spoke to a different person called Mohammed. I informed him that I had arrived. He then tells me that the driver will be with me in 10mins, which I was fine with. 20mins goes past, no sign of anyone. I call back Mohammed stating that no one has arrived. He then proceeded to tell me that he will find out where the driver is and will call me back. 5mins later he calls back and stated that driver is 2 mins away and up the road. At this point I’m already annoyed, as I was parked on the drop off section for 25-30mins I’m total and could potentially get a ticket. I waited 10 extra mins and then decided to call Mohammed again. I explained that there was still no sign of any driver. I asked him what was the whole point of me calling 20mins prior reaching the meeting destination, if I was only going to still wait a whole 45mins at this point. Mohammed then started shouting through the phone to me saying I was late for my slot and dropped the phone down on me. At this point I was livid. I was prepared to call him back, but then a huge guy (who I thought was homeless) walked towards me aggressively and asked for my car keys. No uniform, no I.D badge, no introduction and he had a stinking attitude. The only thing I can see to identify that he was the driver, was that he was holding one of those return vouchers you get given once you leave you car with them. I was upset and shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I got from these people and was reluctant to leave my car with them- However I didn’t have much of a choice, as I had a flight to catch. The driver was extremely rude when I expressed my concerns. He even had the audacity to threaten to leave, after I paid for their nonsense service. He then became defensive, and started shouting that I lost my slot when I came late, therefore I would have to wait anyway. If this was explained to me in the beginning, that would of been a different story. Instead I was lied to several times about my driver’s whereabouts and was left waiting 45mins- 1hour. The driver refused to take photos of my car when I asked him to so instead I took loads of photos to cover myself. He also did not bother running through the return process. When I asked him, he was dismissive and told me to read the voucher he gave me. I asked for his name, which he hesitated for 5secs before saying his name was ‘Ali’. Whether these names I was given were real or fake, I feel the need to name and shame!!! What was supposed to be a great start to a holiday, ended up being the worst day I’ve ever had. I was so close to cancelling my flight purely because of these people. On my return, I was dreading getting my car back, and had been anxious all holiday hoping I’ll get my car in one piece. The return was smoother than I thought, however, when I called, they said the driver would be with me in 30mins, he actually met me in 45mins. I inspected my car, and didn’t notice any damage. What I would say is that I noticed they did 13miles in my car!!! Where were they driving to??? I’ve never in life experienced such a joke of a service. I defo would never use these people again, and would not even recommend it to my worst enermy!!!! Unfortunately there is no minus button for the star rating.
