I recently travelled to New York from Heathrow. I was just in a rush to book a parking for 6 days and started looking for the cheapest price through comparing websites. As I did the booking because we greet and meet came the cheapest for around £40,though did well in advance. After the booking is completion, I received a confirmation from Zenith parking or something like that. Then only I started looking for reviews and did bit of a research. I was horrified and mortified with the reviews. I wanted cancel immediately but then my wife said why would you do that without having a first hand experience? I wanted to hold that reservation but I had 3 years old travelling with us and my airport drop off time was at 5am. I stressed through all those time untill a day of flight. On that particular day I arrived earlier than 5am but a man from company made an effort to come bit earlier to pick up our car. And coming back from NY, I had booked pick up time at 1pm. Didn't have an idea of time, thinking if incase baggage collection gets delayed and all. But we arrived at 11 am. We called them and a car was there in 30 minutes. So every individual has their own experiences. In my personal experience, the whole experience and the service is efficient, trustworthy and professional. 'THE VALUE FOR MONEY'.
