The whole company is a joke. They somehow scratched the hood and pillar of my car. Then they parked it somewhere under a tree so in two weeks it was covered in sludge and buds. It was their strategy to cover the damage. Upon the pic up their response was: 'we could not do it'! So unless it is seriously damaged, light bumps and scratches considered minor and not a problem at all. I have contacted the customer service several times and their usual reply was 'we are investigating the case'. 10 days, then another 10, and so on... with the hope that you will give up and forget. Expenses for the repair to be recovered through the court. This does tell a lot about the company. What Meet & Greet says is "we are just booking agents". Likewise, the actual provider 24/7 said that they do not deal with any cases and you must contact M&G to resolve any issues.
