We called several companies that sell balance bikes and none of them answer the phone! WeeBikeShop did. and even though they were in the middle of a shipping crisis, the owner spent almost 1/2 hour with me to explain all of the differences between the different brands and different bikes and recommend one compatible with our child's height weight and personality. It was very nice to make an informed buying decision. We will be back for a pedal bike. Great experience.
