Shopping at the WeeBikeShop was an incredible experience. I've never had such great service. I went online to buy a balance bike for my granddaughter in Hawaii but had a question regarding shipping. Called the help number and talked to Yvonne (sorry if spelling is incorrect). He was driving to the shop and said he would research shipping since they didn't ship much to Hawaii or Alaska and call me back in thirty minutes. In thirty minutes or less I got a call and the shipping issue was resolved. He helped me select an adorable bike and helmet and had it shipped ASAP. In about five days (weekend & holiday included) my daughter called from Hawaii to tell me she had received both!! My granddaughter's birthday is in a few days and I cannot wait for her to see her bike! Shopping at the WeeBikeShop was a joy and I have shared this and will continue to share this with friends and family! Thank you!!
