Absolutely appalling service, customer service and certainly shouldn't be selling on Amazon. My experience with these clowns has caused me to cancel my Amazon Prime account. I ordered a 100m x 2m roll of weed control fabric with FREE pegs, that I needed in time for a contract I am starting tomorrow. I paid over £90 for the item. What they sent me was a tenth of what I ordered. a 10m x 2m sheet. So obviously not correct, when I paid so much. I have had absolutely no response from them and therefore cannot at this time work out if they are idiots or crooks, but either way, this failure to provide what I paid for, failure to communicate, is going to cost me financially in both time and having to source a replacement at short notice, as well as damaging my reputation with my clients. I am really not happy and want to warn others NOT to consider using this company. They use a number of other names: (I am guessing to try and throw people off the scent and make it more difficult to contact them) On Amazon they call themselves trade-mart If you try to find out their company details, they use the name Bestport (Europe) Limited
