I have selected Chen because I heard great reviews about their service. I have been working with Chen for a year now and Chen has been very professional and responsive. I recently got my I140 approved and now waiting for rest of my paperwork (I45) through Chen. However, I was personally not happy with the experience level of the attorney that was assigned to me. I have a great profile and therefore Chen's contract involved the guarantee of 100% approval of my case or full refund. During preparation of the case I see my attorney was not thorough with my case and didn't prepare my case strong enough. EVen with a great profile I got an RFE. The documents I submitted after that was only 2 more letters from my employer. They could have included that during my initial application itself. My colleagues and friends with less credentials hired different lawyer, not as popular and didn't receive any RFE. I have also heard similar experience like mine from others who hired Chen. Even though I am happy with the outcome but I think they need more experienced attorneys who can prepare a strong case to avoid RFEs.
