Very irresponsible seller. They won’t take a recalled product and do the proper refund. The manufacturer issued a recall because of bacteria contamination and asked everyone whose products were from affected batch numbers contact the seller to get refund. But Well.ca would not refund for the recall even though there is receipt, photos, evidence of the products. For a site that sells wellness products, this is extremely irresponsible and a red flag for people to be cautious about them.
