Excellent, my little one has taken to it easily, and the silicon around the 'bite' area really is narrow so there is a lot less concern as to whether the teeth are being pushed out as a result of relying on a soother to get to sleep at night. They are expensive, that is the downside and they don't come in a twin pack like the regular MAM soothers. If MAM would reduce the price, I reckon these would be the way forward to help protect little teeth from protrusion.
