I know I ordered more than the average volume of units of my product so expected that it might be delayed, but I heard nothing for 2 weeks then got a mail thanking me for my order again. When I went to track my order it just said 'processing' (I think, can't remember now, didn't really tell me anything though), then later on 'completed' but still no sign of the goods.
They did eventually arrive but it would have been good to have a little more definition on the tracking website, ideally an ETA to at least have some idea when the order will be sent.
