I ordered a hoodie on 7 October. It arrived on 7 November but was too small. I was asked if I wanted to return the item or order a larger size. I ordered a larger size and was told it would be sent free of charge and no need to return the original item. I was given the tracking details on 10 November and told I should receive it between 17 and 22 Nov. It arrived on 21 Nov but it was a size small again. I was told there had been a mix up with the system and the order had been sent to production and would take 3-5 business days. By 3 Dec I had not received the hoodie so I was given the tracking details on 5 Dec and on 7 Dec informed that the parcel had been returned to the depot. I was offered a refund or they would try again to send it. On 13 Dec I was again sent the tracking details and finally on 17 Dec I received the hoodie in a size large. The Customer Service was very proactive and always kept me informed of what was happening. Although the parcel kept getting lost or the wrong size was sent, I did get three hoodies for the price of one! Shame it took so long as it was a birthday present for someone but all in all it wasn't a bad service. Thank you.
