My order#14100244564, no one replied to my email that was sent to you a few days ago, the condition of the item is terrible.
1. The bag came with only the box but no packaging even plastic bag, when I opened the box, there was only the bag in the box.
2. There is one less rope in one of outer zip pocket (see attached photo 1,2)
3. The bag has uncleanable dirt (see attached photo 3)
4. The bag came without shoulder strap..........
I want to return the bag because this is very terrible for me. Bad purchase experience...
