The products were good. I was disappointed in how many additional ingredients I needed to add. I personally have cut out the sweets and bread type foods from my diet so I don't have a need for most of these products. When I do want to make something, I have found similar blends in the stores that have met my needs without paying shipping. I would recommend these to any baker who wants to bake healthier versions of foods they love!
