We’re new to living gluten free and were daunted by what it meant giving up. But once I stumbled on Wellness Bakeries we were delighted and relieved to know we could enjoy favorites. We’ve tried your pancakes and pizza crust and love them! As my partner says “if I was served these pancakes at a B&B I’d want the recipe!” We actually love them more than pancakes from regular batter.
