I guess I was hoping to find a bread that tastes like the bread I have become accustomed to - like bread in the grocery aisle. Your bread is good, but doesn't taste the same as I was hoping for. It's nothing against you. Your bread is healthy! It is my taste buds. All the grain and gluten bread that I have tried is just too heavy.
