I want to love this so much but I followed the directions to the letter and the dough was so sticky I couldn’t get it off the parchment to put on the heated stone. After finally scraping off and make shifting it on the stone, very little flavor and cake like after cooking for a long time trying to get it crisp. Any suggestions before I try again?
