This is my first time trying therapy and Emily was patient in listening to responses and seems engaged about my desire to evolve and become a better me. I am novice to this process so outside of the main formalities I don’t have much of a review at this time, but as a intro to therapy she is a skilled professional. I am excited to navigate this with her and I feel elated to work with someone who values systemic wellness and has a diverse background and understanding of how to see the full scope of human behavior and thinking.
