The whole installation process was excellent. Initially, a 3 man team came to lay the cable up to the outside wall of our property. This was done in consultation with us in order to reach a compromise over the most suitable route. Everything was left neat and tidy. Then, 2 weeks later, another 2 man team came to bring the cable into the house and select a suitable area for the hub and power supply that would be required. Once again, the team were really polite and helpful. Finally an appointment was made to install the hubs (2 in our case) and test that the broadband was up and running, and at the correct speed. Great team, no complaints at all.
