Great communications, installation went as promised and was done very neatly, and service started straight away.
Minor gripe was new router not working with my old extender, but that was easily replaced by me, and now we're getting much better speeds than on the old copper connection.
Time will tell if the service is stable and reliable, but a month in we've had no outages...
