Although the installation seemed relatively swift and efficient the reality is more than disappointing:
1 - Due to an issue with my IP address I'm unable to make WiFi Calls, this is fundamental as I work from home. Other than 'wait' until it's resolved the only other suggestion I've been given by your team is to 'change to a different mobile provider' - Really?!
2 - In the meantime it transpires that your team managed to kill my neighbours roses while installing the cable to my property. Something I only became aware of after they approached Wessex directly and were left unsatisfied with the outcome. I've subsequently bought them new roses myself and am yet to hear back from you with regard removing the offfending cable from their property. I'm lead to believe this may involve digging up the street for a second time along with my garden – I'm not currently convinced that this will be carried with any level of compentancy.
Although I appreciate that my initial bill has been waived due to the Wifi calling issues, I'm unable to use your fibre connection until this has been fully resolved. So have instead resorted to using my old BT connection.
So all in all its not been a great start.
