Dealt with a warranty issue with my Scott Scale 10 in super quick time with a great turnaround. Returned bike was packaged better than the original bike. Really happy with the experience and very prompt communication throughout. My only disappointment is that the replacement frame supplied by Scott was a 610 which just isn't as nice visually as the 10 - but thats being very picky and down to Scott. Thanks Westbrook, will happily use you again.
