Helpful staff when I rang the shop. Bike ordered on Monday evening and delivered Wednesday morning - you can't get much better than that. A great saving of £250 against my local bike shop. Arrived in good condition. The only downside is it required a bit of assembling but nothing most people could manage. Would recommend to friends.
