Took the plunge and bought a complete carbon road bike online, never done it before in 30 years of cycling but the price was too good not to. Dispatch was very quick, the bike arrived already partly set up and in perfect condition, was easy to put together and when I got stuck I phoned someone (not a call centre) who knew the issue and they sorted it over the phone immediately. The Cannondale bike is fantastic and Westbrook Cycles are well recommended.
