Rode 50 miles in each way to visit this amazing Bike Store and its delightful staff! Emailed about required part in the morning. Westbrook Cycles replied within an hour of store's opening time on the same day! Confirmed they have the part in stock and it's waiting for me! (Thank you James!). Got there, met the amazing and helpful person who even offered for me to stay a little bit to warm myself as it was freezing and wet January day. So kind! What a beautiful location as well, Stokesley - never been, loved it, will visit again for sure! It's flat all around you and right there, in front of you are these steep mysterious ...mountains! These are the famous North York Moors, got to see those again, breath-taking! Awesome experience, chaffed to bits as virtually no other supplier had this part. Only Wesbrook Cycles had it in stock, that I could find on the internet (despite an extensive search)! The Store was very well organised and stocked, full of beautiful, quality bikes.
