ordered bike online Saturday evening ,free delivery for Tuesday .parents waited in got text off courier saying no one in arrange another date ,long story short spoke to Paul at westbrook sorted problem ,bike arrived perfectly boxed ,ten minutes later bike was assembled, then out for first ride. excellent service
