Excellent service from Westbrook. Unfortunately for them, they were let down by their delivery method, the courier, who tried to deliver to the wrong address. A nice touch that they sent me a photo of the front door that they tried to deliver to, which wasn't my house!
Upon receipt of the item, unfortunately I had to send it back, but only to get a different size, my fault on ordering, not Westbrook's. The service and communication I received throughout the return process was excellent. Thank you.
