I recently ordered a pair of Sidi Wire road shoes from Westbrook Cycles. The required size was shown as out of stock so I emailed them. I got a reply in less than 10 minutes to advise that they can order them direct from Sidi in no time at all so I went ahead and placed the order. They arrived in 2 days which was fantastic considering I selected free postage so I was chuffed with the speedy process. Unfortunately, despite the shoes looking awesome, they are just to narrow for my feet (I wouldn't say I have wide feet either) and have therefore had to be returned for a refund. I am gutted though as Westbrook Cycles were selling these at least £40 less than any other online shop. Its just a shame that Sidi shoes are so narrow but no problem with the shop. The only downside is that it cost me over a tenner to return them due to the extortionate prices charged by Royal Mail.
