Great customer service from Westbrook Cycles. Found the store from google when looking for a new chainset. They answered quickly to email and were friendly on the phone when I called to verify product information and shipping options. The only thing they lack is an express shipping method. When ordering something expensive I like to use a 24h courier service like DHL or UPS express. It's a nasty waiting time between having already paid and not having the goods yet. But overall a great shopping experience.
