Excellent service. If all companies where as good as this it would make the world of internet buying a better place. Ordered my my bike late on Tuesday it arrived on the Thursday. I emailed them about a price promise on some pedals had an email after 2 minutes saying they'd changed the price and matched it. Unfortuantley I had to return the pedals as my wife had bought me some as a suprise, I returned them on the Monday had an email on Tuesday saying it had been refunded.
