Excellent bike and even better customer service.
Ordered the bike, received it 4 days earlier than expected. Parcel was a little bit damaged, but it was Parcel Force fault.
Few scratches on the fork, bended brake rotor. Contacted Westbrook Cycles, immediate response, Jason and Scott are very helpful, they sent me new rotor within 2 days. Changed the rotor, problem solved. The customer service is really excellent. I highly recommend this shop!!!
