I & my neighbours are trying to ring as we are so upset& worried about a man living in his car.which is untaxed& police know this.to our dismay the police can't do anything. So we are left with him wandering round.staring.we pay to be protected& they are ignoring us.we have been on hold for hours.shame on them if he attacks us
