I know West Midland Police from when I had lived at in the past at Bromford Rise. Wolverhampton. For years people including myself had to endure anti- social behaviour from tenants, and every time people complained to the west midlands police (Graisely area) about anti social behaviour, they forwarded this information on to Bromford Housing. Bromford Housing would then cause problems for the people who made the complaint, by accusing them of doing the same, because it was their policy to clear the certain blocks in the estate of older tenants. On one occasion a policeman was shot and injured by a friend of one of the anti-social types. In a around about way the police had created this environment that resulted in a policeman being shot by informing Bromford Housing who would then would ensure no appropriate action would be taken. I really think if West Midland Police have any concern for fairness they should speak up for this convict when it comes before the parole board
