Booked my van in to have a tow hitch fitted, told them make a model before hand they said they could do it no problem, on the day of fitting they rang me to say they couldn't fit it because of shape of rear bumper; they then charged me £36 pounds saying it was a return charge for the towing hitch and took from deposit. really poor customer service would not recommend.
