We asked this company along with the local council to provide us with a legal tax invoice for the work carried out.So the landlord could reclaim his share of the costs. The company above after many emails, phone calls and promises, and even a photo of an invoice for them to use as a template they have still not after many months, and many broken promise not been able to provide an official invoice leaving the tenant out of pocket.
