I ordered 2 samples 3.5 weeks ago, still not arrived. I phoned up after one week to be told 'oh.... I'll get those ordered'. I thought they were ordered!
I emailed after 2 weeks and was told 'there's been a bereavement'. Does only one person work at this place?
Now 3.5 weeks, no sign of my samples and no sign of a refund.
If samples take this long I'm glad I didnt order sereral boards!
