Bought a computer/robot cat toy for a Christmas present 2019, two weeks before Christmas. Email confirmation I would get the delivery before Christmas, it is a 5-7 day delivery. Didn't receive my order, went to check/track on the website, the site had been removed. Tried to contact them with the email on the invoice, no response.
Contacted Paypal and told them I have been scammed, money was taken from my account, but no delivery. Paypal refunded me the money, and are investigating the transaction with Wexo. April 2020 I get an email from Wexo to confirm my product is getting shipped, here is a order number to track it. Over 4 months after I ordered the product. Tried to track it, just said its being shipped. Waited till June, still nothing.
I used their live chat to speak with a customer service operator, they said they would look into it. They said Paypal stopped the payment. I would need to open a dispute and re-order the product. I told them they took the money from my account, and nothing was delivered. The operator told me to claim the money back from Paypal.
So you've taken my money, not sent me the product I ordered, and you want me to claim the money back from Paypal.
