Ordered wheels on Wednesday, however when they arrived on Friday, they were not the ones I ordered. How does that even happen? I rang their customer support and they said the wrong ones would be collected that day and when they're collected, the right wheels I actually ordered would be sent out. 5 days have passed since then, including weekend, and no one has come. I've been home all day every day, and not a single person has shown up to collect them. Yet they tell me 'no one was home' when I ring customer service, which is a complete lie. Unbelievable. I'm not very patient, and this has been dragging on and on. I was meant to have my wheels last week, that didn't happen, and now I won't have them this week and who knows if they'll even arrive by next week. Terrible. Won't use this site again.
