Unfortunately I'm limited to giving only 5 out 5 stars for my experience with WheelClick; I'd rather give 6. Their customer service is flawless. With online prices for most products being driven ever-lower by competition, the only way to remain competitive is to offer confidence-inspiring customer service. This is what the people at WheelClick do. I ordered a set of puncture-proof wheels for my new sack trolley. Unfortunately, the sack trolley was faulty. Its axles were too short (my guess is that they were a non-standard length). This meant that the axles did not protrude far enough out of the new puncture-proof wheels and so could not be held in place with the through-axle pins. Jimmy at WheelClick sent me some other pins and some hammer-on axle end caps in an effort to resolve the issue, but it just couldn't be done. The trolley had to be returned anyway as it turned out that it was faulty (a cracked weld). The replacement trolley took a completely different kind of wheel from the ones I had sent by WheelClick so Jimmy took back the ones I had bought from WheelClick with no quibble and gave me a full refund. He was helpful and supportive throughout and so I would have every confidence and not hesitate to buy from WheelClick again. Absolutely 1st class service. How it should be done.
