I'm not one to write reviews, only to complain when the service is unsatisfactory. However, I have no hesitation in writing one up for Chris Timms and his team. The support we had was second to none, they were constantly updating our progress, liaising with the 3rd parties on our behalf and were happy to work to our timelines. Tiffany Verren our Mortgage Coordinator, definitely put Kim at ease and she deserves a huge amount of praise as that is no mean feat! I think mortgages are tricky frustrating things, but the work these guys do really is top draw stuff. If you're thinking about what mortgage is best for you, come speak to these guys, they're frank, plain and straight talking and as far as I was concerned, what they promised, they delivered.
