I contacted Which? after London & country messed me around, they had a new staff who did not know what to do after 4 weeks failed to deliver. My agent at Which? was Victoria Salter who was excellent and she was fluent in mortgage jargon and new her stuff and therefore I could rely on ; she found me a good re-mortgage and buy to let products with ease and kept me informed throughout the whole process, I felt that I could rely on her and she had a brilliant support team working with her.
