Actually I was very happy - they always kept in touch being proactive and phoning or emailing me with updates
so no complaints and I got my money on the day I wanted it - although the building society did fanny around a bit over the lease but I cannot hold Steven and Shane responsible for that - Building Societies are running scared over the new MMR and they seem to have lost the ability to use common sense, reason and take a risk based approach
