Naseem and Jag were patient and extremely helpful in arranging a remortgage for my mother. It was a laborious case as it was full of obstacles due to the fact that I have deputyship for my mothers property and affairs. It was not a straight forward remortgage and at times felt the end was not in sight but Naseem and Jag worked flat out to get the job done.
