We have a whirlpool refrigerator freezer modelWRS571CIHZ SERIAL NUMER 91246587 purchased in April 2019 and extended warranty expired in April 2022 and Whirlpool knew they had a defective wiring harness at the bottom of the freezer door that breaks after continued use of the door by breaking the wires they knew as they changed the connector with a more stable connection on any new models you tube and many others show this defect yet no recall and no responsibility and no way to even contact them to solve the problem with a simple new install of a new connector we bought many whirlpool product In The past but we will buy none In The future they should’ve ashamed
