My son put his car in for a MOT and originally failed on a side light to which they automatically changed it for him at his expense of £30!!! £30 for a light bulb!!!! When challenge all the lady on the desk could say is “we have already done it” and I said undo it!! To which she kept on repeating it by saying “the technician has already completed the job” corrupt company and staff!!
